Aluminum Injection Packer

Aluminum injection packers are commonly used in various injection applications, including crack injection for concrete repair and soil stabilization. These packers serve as a conduit for injecting repair materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, or other resins into cracks or voids. Lightweight and low price are the advantages of Aluminum injection packer

Steel Injection Packer

The steel injection packers with a sturdy shape and are not easily broken when inserted into the hard structure.

Flat/Button Head Injection Packer

The flat/button head injection packer with a sliding coupler to connect with the injection pump when applied, so it's fast to move the next packer when injecting.

The flat head with bigger hole than grease heand injection packer, that allows the chemicals to flow quickly into the structure. 

Surface Injection Packer

Surface Packer is mainly used for grouting in structures that are not suitable for drilling.

Injection Lances

Injection lances are specialized tools used for soil or ground stabilization, a process essential in various construction and civil engineering projects. These lances are designed to inject stabilizing materials, such as grouts, resins, or other binding agents, into the ground to improve its load-bearing capacity, reduce permeability, and prevent subsidence or erosion.

The popular size is 13mm dia and 1000mm length and can reach deeper with connectors.

  • All injection packers are available for both high pressure (150-200bar) and low pressure (15-30bar).
